Prática psicomotora num centro de acolhimento residencial com crianças dos 0-12 anos

Abstract

A Psicomotricidade como resposta que observa e olha para a criança na sua globalidade, intervindo e melhorando várias áreas do desenvolvimento global do ser humano; mostra-se uma terapia de grande importância para ser utilizada com crianças institucionalizadas, ajudando-as a minimizar as fragilidades e promovendo as suas competências. Pretende-se, com a elaboração deste relatório, dar a conhecer o trabalho da psicomotricista e a sua importância na equipa multidisciplinar, bem como contextualizar a prática psicomotora neste contexto específico e ainda descrever e conhecer o impacto da intervenção psicomotora realizada com os dois estudos de caso escolhidos, que são apresentados detalhadamente neste relatório. Foram ainda relatadas todas as atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio curricular no Centro de Acolhimento Residencial, da zona Alentejo. Toda esta experiência contribuiu para crescer tanto a nível profissional como pessoal; - Abstract: Psychomotor Practice in a Residential Care Center with children aged 0-12 Psychomotricity as a response that observes and looks at the child, intervening and improving various areas of the global development of the human being; It is a very important therapy to be used with institutionalized children, helping them to minimize weaknesses and promoting their skills. With the preparation of this report, the aim is to make known the work of the psychomotor specialist and its importance in the multidisciplinary team, as well as to contextualize the psychomotor practice in this specific context and also to describe and understand the impact of the psychomotor intervention carried out with the two studies of chosen cases, which are presented in detail in this report. All activities developed during the curricular internship at the Residential Reception Center in the Alentejo area. All this experience contributed to growth both professionally and personally.
