Estágio curricular - Federação Portuguesa de Natação

Abstract

O presente relatório tem como principal finalidade a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Direção e gestão Desportiva, pertencente à Universidade de Évora. O estágio foi realizado na Federação Portuguesa de Natação (FPN), onde se pretendia que fossem aplicadas tarefas e funções direcionadas com a gestão desportiva. O relatório foi planeado de forma a dividir-se em 3 capítulos fundamentais. O primeiro capítulo dá a conhecer entidade acolhedora, através do seu enquadramento jurídico e técnico, patrocinadores e parceiros, recursos físicos, materiais e tecnológicos, bem como a aplicação de uma análise estratégica (Análise SWOT). Em seguida, uma revisão literária onde são apresentados os principais contextos e temática da gestão num contexto desportivo. Procurou-se igualmente elencar os vários tipos de eventos desportivos. Por fim, encontra-se apresentado a realização do estágio, onde são abordados e discriminados todas as funções e tarefas desempenhadas em contexto de estágio; Curricular Internship – Portuguese Swimming Federation Abstract: The main purpose of this report is to obtain the Master's degree in Sports Management and Direction, belonging to the University of Évora. The internship was carried out in the Portuguese Swimming Federation (FPN), where it was intended that tasks and functions directed towards sports management were applied. The report was planned to be divided into 3 main chapters. The first chapter presents the host entity, through its legal and technical framework, sponsors and partners, physical, material and technological resources, as well as the application of a strategic analysis (SWOT analysis). Next, a literature review where the main contexts and theme of management in a sports context are presented. It was also sought to list the various types of sporting events. Finally, it is presented the accomplishment of the internship, where are addressed and discriminated all the functions and tasks performed in the context of internship, as well as the final considerations.
