A participação do aluno no processo de gestão democrática da Escola De Formação de Professores da Lunda Norte - Angola

Abstract

A gestão democrática será objecto de estudo dessa pesquisa. Visamos conhecer o nível de participação dos alunos no processo de gestão democrática da Escola de Formação de Professores da Lunda Norte, Angola. O princípio de gestão democrática ou participação está instituído na legislação vigente, sobretudo na Lei Constitucional da República de Angola (Artigos 2º, 21º na alínea l) e na Lei da Reforma Educativa (Lei n.º 13/01 de 31 de Dezembro, artigo 6º). Embora no sistema de ensino angolano ainda não esteja definida a regulamentação sobre gestão democrática, as instituições escolares a implementam de forma conveniente, com base nos modelos de gestão democrática universalmente em vigor, permitindo a aparente envolvimento de todos segmentos nas decisões do quotidiano escolar afim de satisfazer a iniciativa legislativa e consequente melhoria da gestão e da qualidade do ensino. Portanto, a investigação será feita com intenção de produzir radiografia referente a níveis de participação dos alunos; ##### ABSTRACT: STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS MANAGEMENT SCHOOL TEACHER LUNDA NORTE-ANGOLA The democratic management will be the subject of study of this research. We aim to meet the level of student participation in the process of democratic management of the Training School for Teachers of Lunda Norte, Angola. The principle of democratic management or participation is established in legislation, especially in Constitutional Law of the Republic of Angola (Articles 2, 21 in subparagraph l) and Law Education Reform (Law n. º 13/01 of December 31, Article 6). Although the Angolan education system has not been defined regulations on democratic management, educational institutions implement it in a convenient way, based on the models of democratic management universally in force, allowing the apparent involvement of all segments in the decisions of everyday school related satisfy the legislative initiative and thereby improving the management and quality of education. Therefore, the research will be done with intent to cause radiography regarding levels of student participation.
