Aspectos geotécnicos da obra subterrânea 807 da Linha 15 Sul do metro de Paris

Abstract

A obre abordada neste trabalho, surge da necessidade de melhorar as ligações entre os subúrbios e o centro parisiense. Nesse sentido, faz-se uma contextualização sumária deste projeto, que é atualmente o maior projeto de infraestruturas da Europa. A empresa Atlas Fondations teve como missão a realização de 42 paredes moldadas, sendo a metodologia empregue na realização das mesmas amplamente abordada neste relatório, assim como os meios humanos e técnicos envolvidos e os problemas encontrados durante e após empreitada. Para enquadrar geotecnicamente o local da obra, foram recolhidos quatro testemunhos de sondagens a diferentes profundidades, a partir de diferentes estratos geológicos, para estudar as características geológicas e geotécnicas. Finalmente, discute-se os resultados obtidos e a forma como as características químicas e mineralógicas dos solos amostrados podem influenciar as características físicas e geotécnicas, assim como, em que medida as características geotécnicas do solo condicionam a tipologia e dimensão das fundações da obra; Abstract: Geotechnical aspects of underground work 807 of Line 15 South of the Paris subway The construction covered in this work, arise from the need to improve the links between the Paris center and the suburbs. In the first step we will summarise the context of the metro’s Paris, which is currently the largest infrastructure project in Europe. The company Atlas Fondations, had the mission of making 42 pillar's foundation and the methodology employed in making them will be widely discussed in this thesis as well as, human and technical resources involved and the problems meted during the contract. To define the geotechnical parameters of this job site, we collect samples at different depths (and in different geological lithology), to study the geotechnical characteristics. Finally, we discussed the results obtained in the laboratory tests and how the physical and chemical characteristics of the samples can affect each other, and the typology and dimension of the foundations of a construction.
