CARMIM - Desafios da internacionalização

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve o primeiro contacto com o mercado de trabalho através do estágio realizado no departamento contabilístico-financeiro do Grupo CARMIM e analisa os principais desafios no âmbito da internacionalização que se colocam ao mesmo. O trabalho compreende análises da produção, consumo e comércio internacional do sector vitivinícola, do desempenho económico-financeiro do Grupo CARMIM, com destaque para subsidiária a ENOFORUM, S.A. responsável pelas trocas internacionais, e também uma reflexão sobre as atividades realizadas durante o estágio. São identificadas oportunidades de crescimento e de desenvolvimento, com os objetivos de aumentar o volume de negócios, promover o aproveitamento do excedente de produção, obtenção de novos conhecimentos e experiências, e redução de riscos e custos de produção do Grupo CARMIM; Abstract: This report describes the first contact with the labor market through the internship carried out in the accounting and financial department of the CARMIM Group and analyzes the Group’s main challenges in terms of internationalization. The work includes analysis of production, consumption and international trade in the context of the wine sector, of the economic and financial performances of the CARMIM Group, with an emphasis on the subsidiary ENOFORUM, S.A. which is in charge of international trade, as well as a reflection on the activities carried out during the internship. Growth and development opportunities are identified, with the objectives of increasing the business volume, promoting the use of surplus production, obtaining new knowledge and experience, and reducing risks and production costs of the CARMIM Group.
