Papel, funções e importância dos coordenadores pedagógicos universitários no sucesso académico da Escola Superior Pedagógica da Lunda Norte e Escola Superior Politécnica da Lunda Sul - Angola

Abstract

O propósito desta investigação é o de contribuir para a análise e compreensão crítica do papel, das funções e da importância dos Coordenadores Pedagógicos Universitários no sucesso académico da Escola Superior Pedagógica da Lunda Norte e Escola Superior Politécnica da Lunda Sul, em Angola. Hoje em dia um dos grandes desafios do trabalho do Coordenador Pedagógico Universitário na orientação do professor no Processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem (PEA) é o seu papel quanto à valorização do registo e análise das observações da prática docente, do conteúdo trabalhado na procura da relação teoria /prática que se possa traduzir em resultados significativos para o aluno. É neste cenário de falta de Coordenadores Pedagógicos na Escola Superior Pedagógica da Lunda Norte e Escola Superior Politécnica da Lunda Sul, como possíveis propiciadores do sucesso do PEA, que colocamos o seguinte problema de investigação: Qual é o papel, as funções e a importância dos Coordenadores Pedagógicos Universitários e de que forma se pode pensar a sua existência e influência no sucesso do processo de ensino-aprendizagem no Ensino Superior Angolano (ESA)? Dada a importância atribuída ao que pensam professores, alunos, encarregados de educação e diretores escolares sobre a problemática em apreço, optámos por realizar um estudo de natureza qualitativa para o qual foram utilizados como instrumentos de recolha de dados o questionário e a entrevista. Os principais resultados esperados serão o contributo para a compreensão dos modos de trabalho mais apropriados de modo a proporcionar e influenciar o sucesso do ensino; ### ABSTRACT: ROLES FUNCTION AND IMPORTANCE OF ENGINEERS TEACHING STUDENTS IN ACADEMIC SUCCESS OF SCHOOL TEACHING OF SUPERIOR LUANDA NORTE AND LUANDA SUL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL - ANGOLA The purpose of this research is to contribute to the analysis and critical understanding of Functions and Importance of Engineers Pedagogical University in the academic success of the Pedagogical College of Lunda North and Polytechnic College of Southern Lunda in Angola. Nowadays one of the great challenges of the work of the Coordinating Pedagogical University in guiding the teacher in the Teaching-Learning Process (SAP ) is its role as the appreciation of the recording and analysis of observations of teaching practice, the content taught in the search of the relationship theory / practice that can deliver significant results to the student. It is this lack of educational coordinators in the School of Pedagogical and Lunda North Superior Polytechnic School of Lunda South scenario as potential enablers of success of the SAP, we put the following research problem: What are the roles, functions and importance of the Pedagogical University Coordinators and how one may think of their existence and influence on the success of the teaching- learning process in Higher Education Angolan (ESA)? Given the importance attributed to think that teachers, students, parents and school principals about the important issues at hand, we chose to conduct a qualitative study for which they were used as instruments for data collection questionnaire and interview. The main expected results will contribute to the understanding of the most appropriate ways of working to provide influence and successful teaching.
