Actividade de projecto laboratorial: reciclagem de Pet via despolimerização e polimerização

Abstract

O homem criou caminhos para o destino dos resíduos, recorrendo à reciclagem como solução que vem modificando a terra num lugar preferível para o seu habitat. Neste contexto foi realizado o estudo de um projecto de actividade laboratorial sobre a reciclagem de PET via despolimerização e polimerização aplicado ao ensino secundário (nível de 12ºano). Este trabalho tem como objectivo principal dotar os alunos de conhecimento técnico-científico necessário para a prática laboratorial e despertar nos professores interesse pela importância que têm as actividades práticas laboratoriais no ensino da Química, e em especial no estudo dos polímeros. Para este estudo foram escolhidas duas escolas, a ESPG em Cabo Verde (Praia) e a ESSF em Portugal (Évora). Os resultados obtidos revelam que as actividades práticas laboratoriais têm um impacto positivo no processo ensino aprendizagem, não só pela via do conhecimento e interesse dos alunos, como da motivação dos professores; ABSTRACT:The man has created routes for the disposal of waste using recycling as a solution that has been changing the earth in a better a place for their habitat. In this context a project of laboratorial activity about the recycling of PET via polymerization and depolymerization to be applied in the secondary school was studied (year 12). This work as a main goal provide to the students technical and scientific knowledge necessary for laboratory practice and stimulate the interest of the teachers about the importance of the practical activities in teaching of chemistry, and in particular on the study of polymers. For this study we selected two schools, the ESPG in Cape Verde (Praia) and ESSF in Portugal (Évora). The results show that laboratory practice activities have a positive impact in the learning process, not only by the knowledge and interest ways of students, but also by the motivation of the teachers.
