dc.description.abstractHe and Ne isotopic analysis were performed on olivine phenocryts from several Islands (Santa Helena, Gough, Tristan da Cunha, Azores, Kerguelen and Hawaii) leading to the conclusion that Ne is a more sensitive tracer of primordial mantle material than helium.en
