Good practice of inclusive education with children with multiple disabilities in Portugal

Abstract

Chapter 23-2, "Inclusive education teamwork in school", is presented within the context of "Good practice in inclusive education" in Portugal. This section details a case study or approach focusing on how multidisciplinary teams operate within the school setting to successfully support students with complex needs.
