Gestão e organização de um clube desportivo - Palmelense Futebol Clube

Abstract

O presente relatório consiste na descrição e reflexão sobre o estágio realizado no Palmelense Futebol Clube, com vista a obtenção do Grau de Mestre em Direção e Gestão Desportiva. O relatório aborda os diferentes projetos/iniciativas planeados e operacionalizados, bem como as áreas de intervenção que os mesmos afetaram, tendo para tal sido realizada a avaliação da evolução de alguns parâmetros (comunicação digital, impacto social, marketing, gestão) durante o período de estágio. Este documento também apresenta uma caraterização detalhada da entidade de acolhimento, bem como sugestões de possíveis melhorias a serem implementadas (que vão de encontro à realidade do clube em termos de recursos). O meu percurso enquanto estagiário do Palmelense FC fica marcado pelo contributo em diversas áreas de intervenção do clube, não só com a implementação de projetos inovadores no clube, como também por terem sido aceites todas as solicitações feitas pela direção e orientador da Entidade de Acolhimento; Abstract: Management in an Football Sport Club – Palmelense Futebol Clube The current report consists of the description and reflection on the internship carried out at Palmelense Futebol Clube, in order to obtain the Master’s Degree in Sports Direction and Management. The report addresses the different projects/initiatives planned and operationalized, as well as the areas of intervention that they affected, for which an evaluation of the evolution of some parameters was carried out (digital communication, social impact, marketing, management) during the period of internship. This document also presents a detailed characterization of the host entity, as well as suggestions for possible improvements to be implemented (which meet the club’s reality in terms of resources). My journey as in internal at Palmelense FC is marked by a contribution in several areas of intervention of the club, not only with the implementation of innovative projects in the club, but also because all requests made by the direction and advisor of the host entity were accepted.
