Abstract

A elaboração deste relatório relata as diferentes atividades efetuadas durante o estágio curricular no âmbito do Mestrado Integrado em Medicina Veterinária pela Universidade de Évora. Este estágio curricular teve lugar em Millbrook Equine Veterinary Clinic em Millbrook, Nova Iorque, Estados Unidos da América, onde foi possível efetuar atividades veterinárias na área de clínica geral de equinos. O estágio foi continuado em Portugal, no Hospital Veterinário Muralha de Évora, e teve um foco em clínica geral de espécies pecuárias; - Abstract: Pathology and Clinic of Livestock Species The elaboration of this report aims to describe the various activities carried out during the curricular internship, as part of the Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Évora. The internship took place, initially, at the Millbrook Equine Veterinary Clinic in Millbrook, New York, USA, where it was possible to perform veterinary activities in the field of general equine medicine. The internship was continued and finalized in Portugal at the Hospital Muralha of Évora, with a focus on general livestock species practice.
