Análise do comportamento de novos endurecedores de superfície aplicados em betões de base

Abstract

Atualmente, têm aparecido muitos problemas em lajes onde são aplicados endurecedores de superfície, nomeadamente destacamento e fendilhação do endurecedor de superfície. Estas patologias têm surgido principalmente nas estações de verão. De maneira a perceber um pouco mais essa ligação, nesta dissertação estudou-se a influência de diferentes composições de endurecedor na sua ligação a diferentes betões de base. Para o efeito, foram fabricados seis endurecedores de superfície, sendo estes comparados entre si e com outro já existente no mercado, assim como, foram feitas duas composições para os betões de base. A ligação endurecedor/betão foi estudada e verificou-se que a quantidade de ligante incorporado no endurecedor e a respetiva granulometria do agregado tem influência na ligação entre eles, assim como, a incorporação de adições no endurecedor de superfície; ABSTRACT:Recently, have appeared a lot of problems in slabs where surface hardeners are applied, namely detachment and cracking of the surface hardener. These pathologies have appeared mainly in the summer seasons. In a way to understand a little bit about this attachment, in this dissertation was studied the influence of different composition of surface hardeners in their binding in different base concrete. For this purpose, there were fabricated six surface hardeners, being those compared between them and with another already existent in the market, as well as, it were made two compositions for the base concrete. The attachment surface hardener/concrete was studied and it was verified that the quantity of binder incorporated in the hardener and in the respective granulometry of the aggregate has influence in their binding with each other, as such as, the incorporation of additions in the surface hardener.
