dc.description.abstractThe main goal within the present work was to test a 30% carbon fibre reinforced PEEK composite, commercially designated by KETRON® PEEK-CA30. The reinforcement of this type of composite material is randomly distributed with short fibres. The test and evaluation of biomaterial and osteogenic cells interaction was assessed by using tissue culture techniques that permit the isolation and growth of cellular populations with these characteristics.por
