Multiple olivine He isotopic signatures from a single rock sample

Abstract

For a porphyritic basaltic sample from Terceira Island, He isotopic analysis of 3 distinct olivine separates defined by petrographic characteristics and composition. He isotopic ratios range between 8.6 and 9.7 R/Ra and interpreted in function of magmatic evolution and and host rocks assimilation processes.
