Intervenção no serviço de obstetricia e ginecologia da ULSNA, EPE - Hospital Doutor José Maria Grande no sentido de uniformizar procedimentos perante uma mulher com morte fetal

Abstract

Este relatório de intervenção é o culminar de um projecto que pretendeu conceber condições relacionais, ambientais e estruturais, a mulheres que tenham sofrido uma morte fetal no serviço de Obstetrícia e Ginecologia da Unidade Local de Saúde do Norte Alentejano, Empresa Pública do Estado – Hospital Doutor José Maria Grande. Para tal, através de uma pesquisa exaustiva sobre o tema, e da auscultação de mulheres que passaram por este trauma, pretendeu-se sensibilizar a equipa de enfermagem através de momentos formativos, criar uma norma de procedimento a implementar no serviço, e estruturar orgânica e fisicamente o serviço no sentido de facilitar o acolhimento a mulheres que tenham sofrido uma perda fetal, com todas as consequências daí resultantes; ABSTRACT: This intervention report is the culmination of a project intended to design relational conditions, environmental and structural, for women who have suffered a fetal death in the service of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Local Health Unit of the Northern Alentejo, the State Public Enterprise – Hospital Doctor José Maria Grande. To this end, through an exhaustive research on the subject, and the sounding of women who went through this trauma, we intended to encourage the nursing staff through formative moments, create a standard procedure to implement the service, and organizational structure and physically the service in order to facilitate the reception of women who have experienced a fetal loss, with all resulting consequences.
