| dc.description.abstract | Propomos uma leitura livre pautada em trabalhos, escritos e em ocorrências tipológicas de base weberiana, priorizando os temas caros ao autor: racionalidade e vocação, bem como estes temas se relacionam tendo em vista a construção das ciências. A proposta é mobilizar o pensamento de Weber como “clássico” situado no seu tempo, e, portanto, passível de intervenções e leituras diversas que mobilizam pontualmente a totalidade do pensamento do autor de maneira panorâmica. O texto-conferência “A Ciência como Vocação” é o ponto central mobilizado para o debate. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: racionalidade, ascetismo, convicção, renúncia, ciência. ABSTRACT: We propose a free reading based on works, writings and on typological occurrences of Weberian thought, prioritizing the subjects dear to the author: Rationality and Vocation, as well as these topics relate to the construction of the sciences. The proposal is to mobilize Weber's thought as "classic" set in his time, and therefore capable of various interventions and readings that mobilize punctually the whole of the author's thought in a panoramic way.
