EVOLUÇÃO DIACRÓNICO-FUNCIONAL NUM ANTIGO ESPAÇO RELIGIOSO DO SÉCULO XVII EM ÉVORA – PORTUGAL

Abstract

O propósito deste trabalho, consiste na realização do estudo diacrónico de um conjunto conventual masculino, que passou por alterações diversas desde a sua desocupação pelos religiosos carmelitas, exigida pela extinção das ordens religiosas, à sua refuncionalização atual. Esta tem contribuído para que este património continue vivo e em condições de ser transmitido às gerações vindouras, nas melhores condições. Abstract: The aim of this work consists of performing the diachronic study of a male monastic set that has undergone several changes since its eviction by the religious Carmelite, required by the extinction of the religious orders and their current refunctionalisation. This has contributed to keep this heritage alive and able to be transmitted to future generations in the best conditions.
