Cartografia educacional do Concelho de Monforte (2008-2018)

Abstract

Assumindo como objetivo central, conhecer e caracterizar, no período 2008-2018, a rede de qualificação disponível no concelho de Monforte (considerando os contextos formal e não formal das aprendizagens), a presente investigação centrou-se num processo de cartografia educacional, através do qual se identificaram as instituições que mais contribuem para a rede de qualificação do território e as aprendizagens que as mesmas disponibilizam. A questão de partida deste estudo foi formulada do seguinte modo: “Qual o universo de instituições com potencial educativo do concelho de Monforte e qual o seu contributo para a educação da população?”. Após o mapeamento inicial, procedeu-se à caracterização das aprendizagens identificadas e foi traçado o mapa de qualificação daquele concelho. A análise descritiva e inferencial evidencia que a maioria das instituições inquiridas participa em atividades de educação e formação; valoriza a formação profissional e a formação informal, a partilha e a troca de conhecimentos; revela preocupação com a responsabilidade social e estabelece parcerias institucionais. Consideramos que estas instituições são um recurso importante para a elaboração da Carta Educativa do Município de Monforte, uma vez que a maior parte das mesmas indicou que as atividades de aprendizagem desenvolvidas têm muita relevância a nível pessoal, familiar, social e profissional. Concluímos que todas as instituições inquiridas têm potencial educativo e contribuem, em contextos formais e não formais de aprendizagem, para a educação da população do concelho de Monforte; ABSTRACT: Educational cartography of the municipality of Monforte (2008-2018) Assuming as a central objective, to know and characterize, in the period 2008-2018, the qualification network available in the municipality of Monforte (considering the formal and non-formal contexts of apprenticeships), this research focused on an educational mapping process, through which the institutions that contribute most to the qualification network of the territory and the apprenticeships that they make available were identified. The starting question of this study was formulated as follows: “what is the universe of institutions with educational potential in the municipality of Monforte and what is their contribution to the education of the population?”. After the initial mapping, the identified learnings were characterized and the qualification map of that county was drawn. The descriptive and inferential analysis shows that most of the institutions surveyed participate in education and training activities; values professional and informal training, sharing and exchange of knowledge; reveals concern with social responsibility and establishes institutional partnerships. We consider that these institutions are an important resource for the elaboration of the educational Charter of the municipality of Monforte, since most of them indicated that the learning activities developed have a lot of relevance on a personal, family, social and professional level. We conclude that all the institutions surveyed have educational potential and contribute, in formal and non-formal contexts of learning, to the education of the population of the municipality of Monforte.
