Projeto de reorganização estrutural e tecnológica de uma Empresa Apícola

Abstract

O trabalho tem por objetivo a elaboração de um projeto em contexto não organizacional de melhoria estrutural e tecnológica de uma empresa de produção apícola localizada na serra de Portel. As atividades produtivas incluem a produção de mel, enxames, favo e cera, compreendendo um aumento de 646 para 900 colónias distribuídas por 19 apiários. O projeto proposto possibilitará benefícios ao nível dos recursos de produção e dos itinerários técnicos praticados na empresa, assim como melhoria na qualidade dos produtos, sustentabilidade ambiental e benefícios socio-agro-económicos para o meio envolvente, tendo sempre em conta a conjugação de técnicas apícolas tradicionais e modernas. A análise de viabilidade foi realizada com base em orçamentos anuais de atividade e orçamentos plurianuais de natureza económica e financeira. O Resultado Líquido Anual de Exploração aumentou 166% relativamente à situação atual, o Valor Atualizado Líquido do projeto registou 109.387,8€, a Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade 16,4% e o Período de Recuperação sete anos; Structural and technological reorganization project of an apicultural company Abstract: The objective of this work is the elaboration of a project in a non-organizational context of structural and technological improvement of a beekeeping company located in the hilly region of Portel. Productive activities include the production of honey, swarms, comb and wax, comprising an increase from 646 to 900 colonies spread over 19 apiaries. The proposed project will enable benefits in terms of production resources and technical itineraries practiced in the company, as well as improvement in product quality, environmental sustainability, and socio-agro-economic benefits for the surrounding environment, always considering the combination of traditional and modern beekeeping techniques. The feasibility analysis was carried out based on annual activity budgets and multi-annual budgets of an economic and financial nature. The Annual Net Operating Profit increased by 166% in relation to the current situation, the Net Updated Value of the project registered 109.387,8€, the Internal Rate of Return 16,4% and the Recovery Period seven years.
