Estabelecimento da amamentação. Vivência no trabalho de parto

Abstract

Objetivos: Analisar as atividades desenvolvidas durante o Estágio de Natureza Profissional para a aquisição das competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstétrica. Descrever contributos para a melhoria da qualidade e segurança dos cuidados relativamente à influência da vivência do trabalho de parto no estabelecimento da amamentação através da revisão da literatura e de pesquisa. Método: A metodologia utilizada no estágio foi a supervisão clínica. Efetuou-se uma revisão da literatura e uma pesquisa quantitativa. Tratamento de dados utilizando o Software IBM® SPSS® Statistic, versão 24. Resultados: Relativamente ao estágio, foram cumpridas as experiências práticas. Quanto à temática, a pesquisa não revelou diferenças entre os diferentes tipos de parto e o estabelecimento da amamentação. Mulheres com um parto eutócico demonstraram maior confiança no processo de amamentar. Conclusões: Foram atingidos os objetivos. Nos partos eutócicos, com o mínimo de intervenções, as mulheres apresentaram níveis mais elevados de confiança no estabelecimento da amamentação; ABSTRACT: Objective: Analyze the activities developed during the Professional Nature Internship to acquire the skills of Specialist Nurse in Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing. Describe contributions to improve the quality and safety of care regarding the influence of the experience of labor in the establishment of breastfeeding through a literature review and research. Method: The methodology used in the internship was clinical supervision. A literature review and quantitative research were carried out. Data processing using IBM® SPSS® Statistic Software, version 24. Results: Regarding the internship, practical experiences were carried out. As for the theme, the research did not reveal differences between the different types of delivery and the establishment of breastfeeding. Women with eutocic delivery showed greater confidence in the breastfeeding process. Conclusions: The objectives were achieved. In eutocic deliveries, with a minimum of interventions, women had higher levels of confidence in establishing breastfeeding.
