Abstract
The presence of exotica in early modern times at clergymen’s home, specially capitulars, is an ostentation symbol that reflects elite’s behavior. Besides, this is not well known in the case of members of local secular clergy. For its analysis we will focus on the city of Cordova during the reigns of Philip II and Philip III of Spain.
