Abstract

A Indisciplina em contexto escolar: perceções e representações de professores Com este trabalho propomos analisar e refletir sobre a perceção que os professores têm perante a gravidade de determinados comportamentos dos alunos em espaço escolar considerando-os atos de Indisciplina com maior ou menor gravidade e se características pessoais e especificas de cada professor como, o género, a idade e a situação profissional, são fatores que condicionantes da perceção da gravidade em comportamentos/atitudes como (in)disciplinados. A abordagem teórica assentou numa revisão de literatura para contextualizar o tema segundo aplicação de inquéritos por questionários a professores de 2º e 3ºciclos num Agrupamento de Escolas no concelho de Palmela. Com a interpretação dos dados podemos concluir que a perceção dos professores face à temática está relacionada com a idade e género do professor sendo ainda possível supor que a temática pode ser motivo inviabilizador do sucesso escolar dos alunos; ABSTRAT: Indiscipline in school context: teachers’ perceptions and representations. With this work we propose to analyze and reflect on the perception that teachers have regarding the severity of certain behaviors of students in the school space, considering them acts of indiscipline with greater or lesser severity and whether personal and specific characteristics of each teacher, such as gender, age and professional situation are factors that condition the perception of gravity in behaviors / attitudes as (un) disciplined. The theoretical approach was based on a literature review to contextualize the theme according to the application of questionnaires to teachers of 2nd and 3rd cycles in a School Group in the municipality of Palmela. With the interpretation of the data we can conclude that the perception of teachers regarding the theme is related to the age and gender of the teacher and it is still possible to assume that the theme may be an unviable reason for students' school success.
