Abstract

Título: Programa de reeducação funcional respiratória na pessoa submetidas a cirurgia: intervenção do especialista em enfermagem de reabilitação. Enquadramento: As complicações pós-operatórias pulmonares têm elevada prevalência e induzem alterações na ventilação/perfusão. Assim, foi implementado projeto de intervenção profissional assente no diagnóstico e implementação de intervenções terapêuticas, direcionado a maximizar a função pulmonar e motora dos participantes. Neste processo fica implícito o percurso formativo para aquisição de competências de enfermeiro especialista e mestre. Objetivo: Determinar o contributo do programa de Reeducação Funcional Respiratória, para maximização da funcionalidade da pessoa submetida a cirurgia Método: Projeto descritivo-exploratório e transversal, sustentado pela Teoria de Défice de Autocuidado de Dorothea Orem e recurso a processo de enfermagem. Resultados: Verificámos incremento da função respiratória e motora dos participantes, decorrente das intervenções implementadas. Conclusão: O programa de intervenção implementado indicia ganhos na função respiratória e motora da pessoa submetida a cirurgia; Programa de Reeducação Funcional Respiratória na Pessoa submetidas a cirurgia ABSTRACT: Title: Functional respiratory reeducation program in the person undergoing surgery: intervention by the specialist nurse in rehabilitation. Background: Postoperative pulmonary complications are highly prevalent and induce changes in ventilation/perfusion. Thus, a professional intervention project was implemented based on the diagnosis and implementation of therapeutic interventions, aimed at maximizing the pulmonary and motor function of the participants. In this process the training path for the acquisition of specialist and master nurse skills is implicit. Objective: To determine the contribution of the Respiratory Functional Reeducation program to maximizing functionality in the person undergoing surgery. Method: Descriptive-exploratory and transversal project, supported by the Self-Care Deficit Theory by Dorothea Orem and using the nursing process. Results: We verified an increase in the respiratory and motor function of the participants, resulting from the implemented interventions. Conclusion: The intervention program implemented indicates gains in respiratory and motor function of the person undergoing surgery.
