Estudo de soluções construtivas aplicadas à reabilitação energética de edifícios

Abstract

A aposta na reabilitação do parque edificado, conduzirá a inequívocos benefícios a nível social, económico e ambiental, assegurando-se assim uma acrescida sustentabilidade do setor da cons-trução civil de impacte tão determinante na nossa vida. Esta dissertação desenvolver-se-á com o intuito de estimular a reabilitação do parque patrimonial edificado português, estudando soluções diversificadas, processos construtivos e disposições arquitetónicas que permitam assegurar uma evolução em termos de reduções do consumo ener-gético e consequentes emissões de gases poluentes. Para tal, analisar-se-á um caso prático de uma moradia no Algarve que apresenta um comporta-mento térmico deplorável, e onde se estudará o impacte de uma intervenção a nível energético, como o isolamento da envolvente, a aplicação de envidraçados mais apropriados para clima algarvio ou a aplicação de sombreamentos. Será efetuado um balanço a nível de impacte ecoló-gico e económico, averiguando-se a redução de emissões poluentes, o investimento necessário e o seu tempo de retorno; ABSTRACT: Betting on the rehabilitation of the building stock will lead to unequivocal social, economic and environmental benefits, therefore ensuring an increased sustainability of the civil construction sector which has a determinant impact on our lives. This dissertation will develop in order to stimulate the rehabilitation of the Portuguese built her-itage park, studying diverse solutions, construction processes and architectural dispositions that can ensure an evolution in terms of energy consumption reductions and consequent greenhouse gas emissions. To do so, it will be analyzed a case study of a dwelling in Algarve with deplorable thermal be-havior, studying the impact of an energetic intervention, such as the insulation of the envelope, the application of glazing more suitable for Algarve’s clime or the application of shadings. An assessment will be conducted environmentally and economically by examining the reduction of pollutant emissions, the required investment and his return time.
