Abstract

A investigação priorizou as influências que a Diversidade Cultural, pode repercutir nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem, como um fator extremamente positivo, tornando-se imperativo refletir sobre relações entre a cultura e a escola. Simultaneamente potenciar saberes prévios e a participação ativa das crianças, como futuros cidadãos, no Mundo. Atualmente, neste processo de Globalização, em que vivemos estes trabalhos realizados entre crianças, de outros continentes sensibilizou-nos para a diversidade de cultura entre Povos. Durante o intercâmbio escolar foi notória a curiosidade crescente, por diferentes vivências e culturas. Simultaneamente com este conhecimento também valorizaram mais o seu próprio país. A dimensão investigativa seguiu os princípios da investigação-ação-formação. A participação ativa emergiu das ideias /curiosidades, para a construção dos conhecimentos curriculares. A metodologia da investigação, foi suportada por instrumentos de produção e recolha de informações (planificações, reflexões, produções das crianças/fotografias, notas de campo e outros registos), que possibilitaram uma documentação narrativa das experiências pedagógicas desenvolvidas; Are we going to get to know each other better? Valuing cultural diversity and children’s protagonism, documenting pedagogical experiences Abstract: The research prioritized the influences that Cultural Diversity can have on teaching and learning processes, as an extremely positive factor, making it imperative to reflect on the relationship between culture and school. Simultaneously enhance prior knowledge and the active participation of children, as future citizens, in the world. Currently, in this process of globalization in which we live, these works carried out among children, from other continents, have sensitized them to the diversity of culture between nations. During the school exchange, the growing curiosity for different experiences and cultures was notorious. Simultaneously with this knowledge, they also valued their own country more. The research dimension followed the principles of research-action-training. Active participation emerged from ideas/curiosities for the construction of curricular knowledge. The research methodology was supported by instruments for the production and collection of information (plans, reflections, children's productions/photographs, field notes and other records), which enabled a narrative documentation of the pedagogical experiences developed.
