Política e sociedade: algumas notas acerca do tempo presente

Abstract

The relations between Politics and Societies determine the way in which the latter are organized. This work consists of a theoretical reflection, based on the authors' analytical, critical and interpretative perspectives, as part of a broader investigation into the social role of practical work in science learning. Some of the main structuring concepts of the current political and social paradigm, which are reflected on our current educational reality, are addressed. The political Left and Right ideas are characterized, considering the legacy of Modernity and Postmodernity to our social paradigm. Finally, the effects of a passage from a world dominated by Biopolitics, towards a reality increasingly structured around Psychopolitics, are analyzed.
