Estudo preparatório para a criação do Observatório de Inserção Profissional dos Diplomados da ESTeSL

Abstract

Com o presente trabalho pretende-se recolher informação que permita fundamentar a criação do Observatório de Inserção Profissional dos Diplomados da Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde de Lisboa (ESTeSL), que tem como objetivo acompanhar as trajetórias profissionais dos seus diplomados. Para tal, recorreu-se à revisão bibliográfica e documental, para integrar as transformações ocorridas no ensino superior em Portugal, com particular destaque para o aumento do número de diplomados, foram realizadas entrevistas a especialistas sobre o tema, de forma a identificar as principais linhas orientadoras de ação; ABSTRACT: With the present work it’s intended to collect information to support the creation of the Professional Insertion Observatory for the Graduates of Lisbon School of Health Technology (ESTeSL) that has the objective of tracking the career paths of its graduates. To this end, we resorted to bibliographic and documentary review, to incorporate the changes in the higher education in Portugal, with emphasis on increasing the number of graduates, interviews were conducted with experts on the subject, in order to identify the main guidelines for action.
