Eficiência energética de edifícios localizados no concelho de Évora: estudo de caso

Abstract

Este trabalho é um estudo de ”caso” da Eficiência Energética de Edifícios de habitação localizados no concelho de Évora, funcionando como uma ferramenta de apoio que contribua para uma melhor aplicação do RCCTE – Regulamento das Características de Comportamento Térmico dos Edifícios – Decreto-Lei nº80/2006 de 4 de Abril. Concretamente, este trabalho é um estudo detalhado do comportamento térmico de um edifício “caso”, sujeito a diferentes situações, nomeadamente, diferentes orientações, diferentes tipos de sombreamento dos vãos envidraçados, diferentes áreas de envidraçado, diferentes espessuras de isolamentos térmicos e diferentes classes de inércia térmica, mantendo constantes a zona climática, as necessidades de energia para a preparação da água quente sanitária e os sistemas de aquecimento e de arrefecimento. Com este estudo, pretende-se obter uma maior sensibilização na escolha das soluções construtivas e arquitectónicas, de forma a garantir e, se possível, maximizar, a eficiência energética do edifício; Energetic Efficiency of Buildings Located in the District of Évora – Case Study Abstract: This work is a study of "case" of the energetic efficiency of residential buildings located in the district of Évora, working like a tool of support that helps and guarantees a better application of the Regulation of the Characteristics of Thermal Behaviour of Buildings – Decree-Law nº80/2006 on 4th April. Concretely, this work is a detailed study of the thermal behaviour of a building “case”, subject to different situations, including different orientations, different types of window shading, different areas of glazed surfaces, different thicknesses of thermal insulation and different thermal inertia classes, keeping constant the climatic zone, the needs of energy for the preparation of hot water and heating and cooling systems. This study intends to obtain a bigger sensitization in the choice of the constructive and architectural solutions, to guarantee, and if possible to maximize, the energetic efficiency of the building.
