Escola - cosmética

Abstract

Inscreve-se a presente investigação, no cruzamento entre a teoria díptica protagonizada por Lima (1998) e as correntes institucionalistas de entendimento das organizações. Da primeira colhe a possibilidade que a organização escola tem, de ser perspetivada em duas dimensões: a dimensão das orientações para a ação e a dimensão da ação propriamente dita (dimensões onde pode ocorrer um jogo de não coincidências e de infidelidades várias). Da segunda, angaria a ideia de as organizações (e em especial a escola, por especificidades diversas) serem influenciadas por aquilo que a sociedade considera como modelar (as instituições). Gera-se assim a metáfora da escola cosmética, como veículo de uma ideia de ostentação (no plano das orientações para ação) de determinadas instituições induzidas por um normativo de pendor central (o Dec. Lei n°115-A/98 de 4 de Maio), a que não correspondem, no plano da ação, as posturas organizacionais evidenciadas. /ABSTRACT - It is enrolled to present inquiry, in the crossing between the “díptica” theory carried by Lima (1998) and the institutional chains of perception of the organizations. Of the first reap the possibility that the school organization has, of be perceptioned in two dimensions: the dimension of the orientation for the action and the dimension of the action (dimensions where a game of not coincidences and several infidelities can occur). Of second, to idea of the organizations (and in special the school, by several specifics) he shall be affected by it than it is to the society considers how to model (the institutions). Generates-itself like this the metaphor of the cosmetic school, as vehicle of an idea of ostentation (in the plan of the orientation for action) of institutions induced by a normative of central inclination (the Dec. Lei n°115-A/98), to that do not correspond, in the plan of the action, the evidenced organizational positions.
