Os vestígios patrimoniais da atividade Oleira no Concelho de Viana do Alentejo

Abstract

O relatório final de estágio, integrado no Mestrado de Gestão e Valorização do Património Histórico e Cultural, aqui apresentado, tem como principal objetivo apre-sentar o trabalho que, por mim, foi realizado na entidade pública que me acolheu, a Câmara Municipal de Viana do Alentejo. O presente relatório começa por tecer uma breve caracterização acerca deste conce-lho, no que toca às suas principais valências e vicissitudes. Após esta caracterização dá-se início ao tema, propriamente dito, começando por tecer uma breve resenha histó¬rica acerca da atividade oleira na vila de Viana do Alentejo. Já no segundo capítulo, são analisadas, pormenorizadamente, as peças de cerâmica pertencentes ao espólio da Câmara Municipal desta vila e que foi, realmente, a principal atividade exercida durante o meu período de estágio nesta entidade. Como término deste relatório é feita uma reflexão acerca do que se tem feito mas, sobretudo, do que se pode fazer para desenvolver esta atividade industrial; ABSTRACT: The final report , integrated into the Master of Management and Enhancement of Historical and Cultural Heritage, presented here, has as main objective to present the work which, from me was made, in the public entity in which felt really welcomed, the Municipality of Viana do Alentejo.

This report begins with a brief description about this county, their valences and major events. After this characterization is initiated to the theme itself, beginning with a brief historical weaving about the activity potter in the town of Viana do Alentejo. In the second chapter, are analyzed in detail the piece of pottery belonging to the estate of the City Council of this town and that was really the main activity carried out during my internship in this entity.
