Reconhecimento dos efeitos da psicodinâmica do trabalho na família

Abstract

Este estudo tem por objetivo investigar as relações entre as vivências de prazer-sofrimento dos trabalhadores duma unidade fabril, identificando os elementos psicodinâmicos presentes nesta relação e o suporte emocional familiar nas situações de trabalho. Os objetivos foram, compreender como as variáveis do reconhecimento e não reconhecimento podem influenciar na psicodinâmica do trabalho e na estrutura familiar. As vivências de prazer no trabalho apresentam uma correlação negativa com a antiguidade na organização; As vivências de sofrimento no trabalho apresentam uma correlação positiva com a antiguidade na organização; O apoio familiar apresenta uma correlação positiva com as vivências de prazer no trabalho; O apoio familiar apresenta uma correlação negativa com as vivências de sofrimento no trabalho. As análises revelaram que as vivências de prazer e sofrimento ocorrem em todos os colaboradores pesquisados, e como forma de contribuir para a preservação do equilibro o suporte emocional familiar contribuiu ativamente sobre as atitudes e comportamentos dos mesmos; ### Abstract: This study aims to investigate the relationship between pleasure-suffering workers of a manufacturing unit, identifying the psychodynamic elements present in this relationship and emotional family support in work situations. The objectives were to understand how the variables of recognition and non-recognition may influence the psychodynamics of work and family structure. The experiences of pleasure at work negatively correlated with seniority in the organization’s experiences of suffering at work have a positive correlation with seniority in the organization; Family support has a positive correlation with the experiences of pleasure in work, support family shows a negative correlation with the experiences of suffering at work. Analyses revealed that the experiences of pleasure and pain occur in all employees surveyed, and as a contribution to the preservation of balance emotional support family actively contributed on the attitudes and behaviors of the same.
