Usos e proveitos do conhecimento informático: novas tecnologias e novas sociabilidades

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca compreender a mediação e uso do conhecimento informático no contexto das redes sociais para a criação de novas formas de sociabilidade. Para tanto, apreende-se e constitui-se um corpo de conhecimentos teóricos e empíricos, que visa reflectir sobre os processos de interacção social tradicionais e mediados sob a óptica de vários autores, a definição das novas formas de sociabilidades, o espaço onde são institucionalizadas, a cultura emergente nas comunidades virtuais e nas respectivas redes sociais e virtuais. Assim sendo, elege-se como metodologia qualitativa a entrevista semi-dirigida e a respectiva análise de conteúdo e, quantitativa a aplicação de questionários e a sua análise em suporte informático. Dentro dessa perspectiva, acredita-se que as novas relações sociais, estabelecidas por intermédio das tecnologias, constituem-se numa rede de informação em que a interactividade e o uso da interface estão presentes e, por conseguinte, o fluxo de informação cada vez mais intenso. - ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to understand the use of informatics knowledge in social network, in arder to create new ways of socializing. To achieve that we've worked on theoretical and empirical knowledge so that we can reflect on the processes of traditional and informatics social interaction, according to different perspectives of several authors. Moreover, the definition of new ways of socializing, where they are institutionalized, and the emerging culture in the virtual communities and in the social and virtual networks are also the object of this study. Thus, the chosen methodology is both qualitative - the use of semi-directed interviews and their analysis - and quantitative, through the application of questionnaires and their analysis using SPSS. ln this perspective, we believe the new relationships through technology offer a strong interactivity and a more intense exchange of information.
