Decomposição dos limites nos corredores urbanos

Abstract

O graffiti apresenta-se neste estudo como interface que conecta a realidade programada do espaço comum e vivencial com os rebeldes e surpreendentes ritmos que se (des)cobrem nos muros da cidade, os corredores urbanos - antagónicos limites que, no seu intuito de confinar e ocultar, acabam por revelar outros eminentes espaços ao caminhante apressado. Consequentemente este estudo reflecte a “aparente” perplexidade pelo encontro do graffiti na complexa realidade que caracteriza os espaços urbanos apesar desta representação ser já antecedida por outras que por seu lado já o eram por outras também, até chegarmos às linhas que incorporam os primordiais espaço humanizados - a arte rupestre. O graffiti é o íman bipolar que magnetiza e repele, desafia jovens, políticos, artistas, estudantes, filósofos... Estimula novos espaços de representação, realiza espaços de libertação; ABSTRACT: Graffiti is represented in this study as an interface that connects the programmed reality of common and experiential spaces with the rebellious and surprising rhythms that are found behind city walls, the urban corridors – antagonistic limits that, in their intent to confine and hide, end up revealing other eminent spaces to the hurried up walker. Consequently this study reflects the “apparent” perplexity in facing the graffit in a complex environment that characterizes urban spaces, although this representation is already precedented by others that were themselves precedented by others, until we get to the lines that incorporate the primordial humanized spaces – the cave art. Graffiti is the bi-polar magnet that attracts and rejects, defies youth, politicians, artists, students and philosophers… stimulates new areas of representation and builds spaces of freedom.
