A gestão de recursos humanos em administrações portuárias

Abstract

O presente relatório surge no seguimento do estágio curricular em contexto do trabalho final de mestrado em Gestão – Setor Público e Administrativo, realizado ao longo de seis meses na Administração do Porto de Sines e do Algarve S.A. (APS, S.A.) O relatório tem como principal objetivo descrever e analisar as atividades desenvolvidas neste período em que se pretendia aplicar e desenvolver o conhecimento adquirido durante o mestrado bem como adquirir novos conhecimentos oriundos do contacto com o mundo laboral real. Primeiramente surge uma secção de caráter introdutório seguida pela apresentação e descrição da entidade acolhedora. Na secção seguinte é dado a conhecer o plano inicial de estágio e seguidamente são descritas as atividades que foram desenvolvidas neste. Logo após surge o enquadramento e análise teórica das atividades já descritas seguidos de uma conclusão e reflexão; ABSTRACT: The Management of Human Resources in Port Administrations The present report follows on from the curricular internship in working context to complete the master’s degree in Management-Public and administrative Sector conducted over six months in the administration of Porto de Sines and Algarve S.A. (APS, S.A.). This report’s main goal is describe and analyze the activities developed over this period in which it was intended to apply and develop the knowledge acquired during the master’s degree, as well as acquire new knowledge from contact with the real world of work. First comes an introductory section followed by the presentation and description of the hosting organization. The next section shows the initial plan and description of the activities that were developed in it. Soon after comes the framework and theoretical analysis of the activities already described followed by a conclusion and reflection.
