Amamentação: laserterapia na prevenção do desmame precoce

Abstract

Introdução: O Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Materna e Obstétrica impõe a aquisição de conhecimentos e competências teórico-práticos específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista, descritos no Relatório Final. A laserterapia tem ganho destaque no alívio da dor e na recuperação de traumas mamilares, que podem conduzir ao desmame precoce. Objetivo: Relatar as atividades desenvolvidas no estágio profissional e apresentar a evidência científica sobre a laserterapia na prevenção do desmame precoce. Metodologia: Descrição e reflexão crítica das experiências vividas no decorrer do Estágio e aprofundamento da temática laserterapia na prevenção do desmame precoce. Resultados: Adquiridas competências comuns e especificas do EEESMO. A pesquisa do tema escolhido permitiu consolidar conhecimentos e a aprimorar a qualidade dos cuidados prestados. Conclusões: As competências e os objetivos do estágio foram alcançados, contribuindo para a disseminação do conhecimento em saúde materna. A laserterapia demonstra-se eficaz na prevenção do desmame precoce - TITLE: "Breastfeeding: Laser Therapy in Preventing Early Weaning” Abstract: Introduction: The Master's Degree in Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing requires the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge specific to the Specialist Nurse, described in the Final Report. Laser therapy has gained prominence in pain relief and recovery from breast trauma, which can lead to early weaning. Objective: To report on the activities carried out during the internship and to present the scientific evidence on laser therapy in the prevention of early weaning. Methodology: Description and critical reflection of experiences during the internship and in-depth study of laser therapy in the prevention of early weaning. Results: Acquired common and specific competences for nurses specializing in maternal health and obstetrics. The research into the chosen topic allowed to consolidate knowledge and improve the quality of the care provided. Conclusions: The competences and objectives of the internship were achieved, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in maternal health. Laser therapy proved to be effective in preventing early weaning.
