O curso de direito na Universidade Moderna Pólo de Beja e a sua importância na Região Sul do nosso país

Abstract

A dissertação que se apresenta, para efeitos de candidatura ao Mestrado em Sociologia: área de especialização de Recursos Humanos e Desenvolvimento Sustentável, tem como objetivo caracterizar a situação atual dos Licenciados oriundos do Curso de Direito da Universidade Moderna Pólo de Beja, fazendo uma afetação Regional, de praticamente toda a Zona Sul no Nosso País, uma vez que só a Universidade Moderna possui Cursos de Direito a Sul do Tejo. Tendo de formação base Licenciatura em Direito, tenho fortes preocupações no que concerne ao sucesso e à empregabilidade dos indivíduos oriundos do Curso de Direito. A investigação aqui sumariada visa fundamentalmente a análise da integração dos Licenciados em Direito, no mercado de trabalho, dos respetivos percursos profissionais e do Curso que lhe foi ministrado. Em bom rigor, pretendo com este estudo, auxiliar os Estudantes de Direito nas melhores opções a tomar, retirando ilações que sirvam para o futuro, disponibilizando o mesmo a todos aqueles que dele careçam. /ABSTRACT - “The Law Graduation Course in Moderna's University Branch of Beja and its Importance to the South Region of Our Country” The essay that is here presented is to stand for candidate of the Master Degree in Sociology: specialization area on Human Resources and Sustainable Development, has the main purpose to characterize the present situation of the Graduates coming from the Law Graduation Course in Moderna's University Branch of Beja, making a Regional affectation practically to all the South Region of Our Country, since Modema's University teaches Law Graduation Courses on the South of Tejo's river. Having as my basic education a Law Graduate Course, I have strong concerns about the success and employment capacity of the students coming from the Law Graduation Course. The investigation that is synthesized in this essay mainly aims to analyze the integration of the Law Graduates in the employment working market, of their professional paths and of the Course that has been taught to them. To be strict, it is my intention with this thesis to help the Law Students in what concerns the best options to make, taking conclusions that can be profitable for the future, making it available to all of those who might need it.
