Caracterização da norma do português em Angola

Abstract

O presente trabalho partiu da tese de que, em Angola, estaria provavelmente em construção uma norma específica, muito desfasada da do PE, procurando demonstrar a existência de tal norma e identificar suas características relevantes nos diferentes domínios da língua, nomeadamente: fónico, morfo-sintáctico e lexical. Testada esta tese, os resultados evidenciam que, no país, coexistem duas normas da LP, sendo uma real, a variedade nacional, e a outra ideal, a variedade europeia, que corresponde; ABSTRACT: Characterization of the Angolan Portuguese Norm The present work results from the thesis that in Angola there may be, in construction, a linguistic norm that is distinct from the european Portuguese; trying to demonstrate such a norm and identify its relevant domains namely: morpho-syntactic, phonetic-phonological and lexical. Having tested this thesis, the results have shown that, there are, in Angola, two norms of the Portuguese language, one which is actual, the angolan variety, and the other, the european variety, which is a much political ideal. On the contrary to what happens in Portugal, there is in Angola a great separation between the cultivated variety and the standard norm, which favors the angolan Portuguese norm institutionalization in future, as it happened in Brazil.
