Proposta de uma rede de trilhos concertados com ações de proteção e valorização da vegetação e de geossítios, Cabo Espichel. Uma experiência de estágio no Parque Natural da Arrábida

Abstract

O atual relatório corresponde a um estágio realizado no Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e das Florestas em Setúbal. Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal a proposta de valorização paisagística do Cabo Espichel. O relatório estrutura-se em dois capítulos. O primeiro apresenta uma breve caraterização do Parque Natural da Arrábida e do Cabo Espichel. O segundo capítulo integra a proposta de valorização paisagística do Cabo Espichel que consiste na caraterização do lugar e em estudos de integração paisagística (acessibilidades, estacionamento e redes de trilhos). A metodologia utilizada na elaboração deste trabalho consistiu na pesquisa de dados para a caraterização do Parque Natural da Arrábida e do Cabo Espichel e na fase de proposta procedeu-se à elaboração das áreas de estacionamento e dos painéis informativos; PROPOSAL OF A NETWORK OF TRAILS CONCERTED WITH ACTIONS TO PROTECT AND ENHANCE VEGETATION AND GEOSITES, CABO ESPICHEL. AN INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE AT ARRÁBIDA NATURAL PARK - ABSTRACT: The current report corresponds to an internship carried out at the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests in Setúbal. This work has as main objective the proposal of landscape enhancement of Cabo Espichel. The report is structured in two chapters. The first presents a brief characterization of the Arrábida Natural Park and Cabo Espichel. The second chapter includes the proposed landscape enhancement of Cabo Espichel, which consists of site characterization and landscape integration studies (accessibility, parking and trail networks). The methodology used in the preparation of this work consisted of data research for the characterization of the Arrábida Natural Park and Cabo Espichel and in the proposal phase we proceeded with the preparation of parking areas and information panels.
