Abstract

Some respiratory diseases arise concentrated, with high and unexpected occurrences, in a certain space or /and in some periods of time. General policies of Public Health promotion indicate that it is mandatory control Air Quality. The goal of this work is to characterize the occurrences of some respiratory diseases and to study the relationship of these occurrences patterns with critical air pollutant concentrations, giving to decision makers more sensibility/evidence of the real impact of Air Quality in Public Health.
