Determination of Blood Glucose, or how
Chemistry Helps to Improve the Quality of
Life of People with Diabetes. In this paper,
the main methods for the determination of
blood glucose are briefly described. Historical,
current and future methods are presented
giving special emphasis to its importance for
the quality of life of people with diabetes.
