O lago do Alqueva e a aldeia da Estrela. Proposta de uma biblioteca flutuante

Abstract

Este projeto tem como finalidade desenvolver uma ideia projetual que contribua para as necessidades atuais das populações na região do lago de Alqueva. Deste modo, pretende-se uma resposta através de um programa de arquitetura flutuante sobre o lago. O trabalho desenvolve-se em três momentos: o primeiro através de um processo de análise e interpretação da situação geográfica da Estrela. Num segundo momento, a análise e interpretação gráfica dos casos de estudo escolhidos, necessários para conhecer o diálogo de outros exemplos de arquitetura em situações semelhantes, para que se possa compreender e materializar numa proposta de projeto de arquitetura. E por fim, a Proposta de uma biblioteca flutuante que surge como hipótese projetual e forma de reflexão, materializa os conteúdos previamente abordados através de um lugar expectante, de caráter flutuante, público e itinerante que possa vir a contribuir para a caracterização de toda a paisagem do território do lago de Alqueva; ABSTRACT: THE LAKE OF ALQUEVA AND THE VILLAGE OF ESTRELA. PROPOSAL FOR AN FLOATING LIBRARY This project aims to develop a project idea that contributes to the current needs of the populations in the Alqueva lake region. That way, a response is intended through a architecture floating program on the lake. The work is developed in three moments: the first one, through a process of analysis and interpretations of the geographical situation of the village of Estrela. In a second moment, the analysis and graphic interpretation of the chosen case studies, necessary to know the dialogue of other architectural examples in similar situations, so that it can be understood and materialized in an architectural project proposal. Finally the Proposal for a floating library emerges as a project hypothesis and reflection, which materializes the previously approached contents, through an expectant place, floating, public and itinerant that may contribute to the characterization of the entire landscape of the territory of Alqueva lake.
