Natureza, política e direito: harmonia ou conflito?

Abstract

O presente trabalho não tem a pretensão de indicar soluções ou caminhos. Pretende tão só, modestamente, contribuir para a reflexão filosófica da política ambiental, que urge definir, colocando questões e evidenciando, as perspectivas mais relevantes que sobre o tema se apresentam, considerando que é da riqueza da diversidade, que brota um diálogo fértil. A complexidade da problemática ambiental, acrescida pelo seu carácter transnacional, impõe a necessidade de uma discussão aberta a todos os intervenientes envolvidos, pois só globalmente poderão ser dadas respostas a problemas que também eles se colocam à escala global. Diretamente relacionados com as grandes opções de estratégia ambiental, estão os paradigmas societais, cuja abordagem se revela inevitável, para a compreensão da Sociedade atual. O contexto é necessariamente amplo, dada a profunda e complexa intercomunicabilidade entre os elementos em apreço: sociedade, cultura, natureza, direito, globalização e política, constituem os grandes itens da teia ambiental. ABSTRACT - The present work doesn't wish to indicate solutions or ways to fallow. Only pretend to contribute to the political environment philosophical reflection, that must be define, making questions and show of the perspectives more important about this subject, because We believe that is from the diversity riche that spout out a fertile dialogue. The environment complexity, increase by her transnational character, demands an open discussion with all intervenient, because only universally we can answer to the global problems. Directly connected with the great options of the environment strategy, are the societies paradigms, whose boarding are inevitable to the real society understanding. The context, necessarily embrace many subjects, assuming the complex interdependence between the elements regard: society, culture, nature, right, globalization and politic, are the emblematical subjects of the greatest environmental labyrinth.
