Puerpério saudável na era digital

Abstract

Enquadramento: O Mestrado de Saúde Materna inclui a realização de um Estágio de Natureza Profissional com Relatório Final, necessário à aquisição de competências para a obtenção do título de enfermeiro especialista. Objetivos: Descrever o percurso de aquisição de competências ao longo do estágio e demonstrar a contribuição para a disciplina de enfermagem da intervenção dos enfermeiros especialistas na promoção do puerpério saudável na era digital. Metodologia: Supervisão Clínica através da análise e reflexão das experiências vividas ao longo do estágio e perceção da intervenção dos enfermeiros especialistas na era digital para a vivência de um puerpério saudável. Resultados: As competências de enfermeiro especialista foram desenvolvidas de uma forma positiva e, foi possível compreender que o enfermeiro especialista tem uma intervenção positiva na estimulação da literacia em saúde e gestão de informação na era digital. Conclusões: Os objetivos propostos foram atingidos bem como as competências de enfermeiro especialista em saúde materna e obstétrica; - ABSTRACT: Background: The Master’s Degree in Maternal Health includes the completion of a professional Internship with Final Report, necessary to acquire skills to obtain the title of specialist nurse. Objectives: To describe the path of acquiring skills throughout the internship and demonstrate the contribution to the nursing discipline of the intervention of obstetric nurses in promoting a healthy postpartum period in the digital era. Methodology: Clinical Supervision through the analysis and reflection of experiences throughout the internship and perception of the intervention of obstetric nurses in the digital era to experience a healthy postpartum period. Results: The specialist nurse skills were developed in a positive way, and it was possible to understand that the specialist nurse has a positive intervention in stimulating health literacy and information management in the digital era. Conclusions: The proposed objectives were achieved, as were the skills of nurses specializing in maternal and obstetric health.
