À recherche du "Fil Perdu": la culture de la soie dans le paysage rural italien

Abstract

En examinant les événements de l’industrie italienne de la soie dans la période allant du XIXe jusqu’à la deuxième moitié du XXe siècle, le travail de recherche vise à souligner la liaison primaire du précieux tissu avec la phase agricole de son cycle de production, qui trop souvent a été sous-estimée soit par l’opinion général soit pour l’historiographie. La fabrication des cocons, à partir desquelles on trouve le premier fil de soie, a été la première grande industrie nationale, mais à nos jours, après plus de cinquante année d’abandon, on risque de la oublier complètement. L’objectif principal est pourtant contribuer à retrouver le fil de la narration, historique et scientifique, autour la soie, en mettent au centre de l’attention son rapporte primaire avec le paysage rural et la mémoire de ses communautés agricoles. Enfin, on propose le projet de valorisation du patrimoine de la soie de la région des Marches; A cultura da seda na paisagem rural italiana Resumo: Examinando os eventos da indústria de seda italiana no período entre o Século XIX e a segunda metade do Século XX, a pesquisa tem como objetivo esclarecer a ligação primária deste precioso tecido com a fase agrícola de seu ciclo de produção, que tantas vezes é subestimada tanto pela opinião pública como pela historiografia. A produção dos casulos dos quais é feito o primeiro fio de seda foi a primeira grande indústria nacional, mas nos dias de hoje, mais de cinquenta anos depois do seu abandono, arriscase a ser completamente esquecida. O objetivo principal é, portanto, encontrar o fio da narração histórica e científica em torno da seda, focalizando a atenção em sua relação primária com as paisagens rurais das várias províncias italianas e a memória de suas comunidades. Finalmente, se propõe um projeto para a valorização do patrimônio da seda da região de Marche; IN SEARCH OF “LOST THREAD” The silk culture in the italian rural landscape Abstract: The study’s purpose, through the analysis of the Italian silk industry’s events in the period between the 19th and the second half of the 20th century, is to highlight the primary link of the precious fabric with the agricultural phase of its productive’s cycle, (that is) too often underestimated by the public opinion and the historiography. The manufacture of the cocoons, from which the first silk filament is obtained, was the first big national industry, but nowadays, after more than fifty years after its abandon, risks to be completely forgotten. Therefore, the principal goal is to find the historic and scientific narrative thread about silk, focusing the attention on the primary relationship with the different Italian rural landscapes and the memory of their communities. Finally we suggest a development project for the silk’s patrimony in the Marche region.
