Relatório de Estágio na Associação de Futebol de Évora: o desenvolvimento e implementação de uma liga empresarial de futebol

Abstract

Este relatório relata a atividade desenvolvida na Associação de Futebol de Évora, no âmbito do estágio curricular englobado no mestrado em Direção e Gestão Desportiva. O objetivo principal deste estágio foi a criação da liga empresarial, seguido do seu desenvolvimento, tirando partido da visibilidade da modalidade de futebol. Esta liga procurou o desenvolvimento da Associação de Futebol de Évora, desportivamente e financeiramente, identificando futuros patrocinadores, promovendo a modalidade a nível social e desportivo. A liga alcançou um impacto positivo social e desportivo, tendo uma aderência de participantes satisfatória, atingindo o mínimo de equipas para a sua realização. Para além desta liga empresarial, este relatório procurará apresentar todo o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio curricular, nas diferentes áreas de intervenção que foram desempenhados durante o estágio na Associação de Futebol de Évora, esse trabalho ofereceu bases e desenvolveu desportivamente capacidades tanto de gestão como de direção, as quais foram aplicadas no desenvolvimento da liga. Analisando globalmente o trabalho realizado, o balanço é bastante positivo derivado da inserção em diferentes contextos e dinâmicas e um bom desenvolvimento da liga empresarial; Abstract: Évora Football Association internship report: The development and implementation of a business football league This report describes the work developed at the Évora Football Association, within the scope of the curricular internship encompassed in the master's degree in Sports Direction and Management. The main objective of this internship was the creation of a business league, followed by its development, taking advantage of the visibility football has. This league sought to develop the Évora Football Association, both in sports and financially, identifying future sponsors and promoting sports at a social level. The league achieved a social and sporting positive impact, having a satisfactory adhesion of participants, reaching the minimum number of teams needed for its realization. In addition to the business league, this report demonstrate all the work developed within the scope of the curricular internship. The work related to the league development, in the Évora Fooball Association, was carried out in differente areas of intervention, provided bases and developed sporting skill, both in management as in direction. When analyzing the general work, the balance is quite positive, resulting from the insertion in different contexts and dynamics and from a good development of the business league
