Interação mãe-bebé em sessões musicais com crianças com sinais precoces de risco

Abstract

Com a presente investigação pretendeu-se analisar a progressão das interações mãe-bebé, com bebés com sinais precoces de risco, no contexto de sessões musicais. Participaram no estudo crianças com risco psíquico e risco do desenvolvimento (N=3) e respetivas mães. Para analisar os comportamentos infantis e parentais, utilizou-se a Escala de Comportamentos Mãe-Bebé de Saint-Georges e colaboradores. Verificou-se que as crianças progrediram nos comportamentos com o objeto, nas vocalizações, na orientação, recetividade e procura de contato com as pessoas e, em alguns aspetos, na intersubjetividade. Verificou-se também que as mães recorreram mais ao toque e a vocalizações e menos aos objetos para estimular e interagir com a criança, fortalecendo assim o vínculo existente. Deste modo, as intervenções precoces com sessões musicais proporcionaram um aumento da interação entre as mães e as crianças e vice-versa; Mother-infant interaction in musical sessions with children with early signs of risk. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the progression of mother-infant interactions with infants with early signs of risk, in the context of musical sessions. In this study participated by children with psychic risk and developmental risk (N=3) and their respective mothers. To analyze infant and parental behaviors, the Mother-Baby Behavior Scale of Saint-Georges et al was used. Based on this research, it is suggested that the children progressed in the behaviors with the object, in the vocalizations, in the orientation, receptivity and demand of contact with the people and in some aspects of intersubjectivity. It was also noticed that mothers to resort more to the touch and vocalizations and less objects to stimulate and interact with the child, thereby strengthening the existing bond. Therefore, early interventions with musical sessions provided an increase in the interaction between mothers and children and vice versa.
