Intervenção em mulheres com interrupção terapêutica da gravidez

Abstract

O presente relatório de intervenção é o culminar de um projeto com o objetivo de melhorar as condições relacionais, ambientais e estruturais a mulheres sujeitas a Interrupção Terapêutica da Gravidez por morte fetal/malformação, no serviço de Ginecologia do Hospital do Barlavento Algarvio. Para sua realização foi efetuada uma revisão sistemática da literatura através de fundamentação teórica essencial e pesquisas de estudo sobre o tema. Foram efetuadas cinco entrevistas a mulheres com idade gestacional superior a doze semanas. Pretendeu-se sensibilizar a equipa multidisciplinar para esta problemática através de Formação em Serviço , da aplicação de um Protocolo de Procedimentos e da restruturação do serviço de forma a facilitar o acolhimento e internamento de mulheres sujeitas a Interrupção Terapêutica da Gravidez; ABSTRACT: Ths report of intervention is the product of a study developed within the scope of na intervention project aimed at improving the relational, environmental and structural conditions to women subjet to Therapeutic Interruption of Pregnancy due to foetal death or foetal malformation in the Department of Gynecology of Centre Hospitalar do Barlavento Algarvio. In the completion of the report a systematic review of relevant literature was carried out, encompassing essential theoretical framework and research made into studies available on the subject. Five interviews were carried out with women with gestational aged beyond twelve weeks. The aim was to sensitize the multidisciplinary teal to this sort of challenge through In-Service Training, the establishing of a Norm Procedure, and the physical restructuration of the ward in such a way as to make easier the admission and the stay of women to be subject to Therapeutic Interruption of Pregnancy.
