Mise en valeur du patrimoine hydraulique à l`échelle territorial dans la Zone Métropolitaine de Córdoba, Argentina

Abstract

L'objectif de ce mémoire est de valoriser le « Sistema de Irrigación para Los Altos de la ciudad de Córdoba », un système d'irrigation à l'échelle territoriale construit entre la fin du XIXe siècle et le début du XXe siècle dans l'actuelle zone métropolitaine de la ville de Córdoba, en Argentine. Il s'agit d'un inventaire de toutes ses composantes, d'un point de vue systémique et contextuel, où le patrimoine hydraulique en question est pris comme un sujet de développement, c'est-à-dire comme un agent de changement, qui pourrait contribuer au développement territorial durable de toute la zone d'étude et des villes qui y sont impliquées. Au cours de l'élaboration des chapitres, le système d'irrigation en question sera abordé comme un fait patrimonial en soi et aussi dans sa relation avec les processus d'évolution du paysage urbain-rural environnant qui ont été induits par la mise en oeuvre du système; Development of the hydraulic heritage on a territorial scale in the Metropolitan Area of Cordoba, Argentina - ABSTRACT: The objective of this thesis is to valorise the "Sistema de Irrigación para Los Altos de la ciudad de Córdoba", a territorial irrigation system built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century in the current metropolitan area of the city of Córdoba, in Argentina. It is an inventory of all its components, from a systemic and contextual point of view, where the hydraulic heritage in question is considered as a subject of development, that is, as an agent of change, which could contribute to the sustainable territorial development of the whole study area and the cities involved. During the elaboration of the chapters, the irrigation system in question will be approached as a heritage fact in itself and also in its relationship with the processes of evolution of the surrounding urban-rural landscape that have been induced by the implementation of the system.
