Clínica de equinos - Quisto subcondral da terceira falange

Abstract

O relatório de estágio encontra-se estruturado em três partes distintas. A primeira parte faz a caracterização das infraestruturas e funcionamento do Hospital Veterinário de Equinos de Lüsche, Oldenburg, Alemanha, assim como a análise casuística dos casos clínicos acompanhados durante os 6 meses de estágio. A segunda parte consiste de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre quistos do osso subcondral em equinos. Por fim, a terceira parte consta da apresentação e discussão de um caso clínico, nomeadamente o diagnóstico e acompanhamento imagiológico, por ressonância magnética, de um quisto subcondral na terceira falange num cavalo adulto; ### Abstract Equine Practice- Subcondral bone cyst of the third phalanx This internship report is divided in three parts. The first part characterizes the infrastructure and function of the Equine Hospital Lüsche, Oldenburg, Germany, as well as the casuistic of the clinical cases accompanied during the 6 month internship. The second part consists in a bibliographic review of cystic lesions of the subchondral bone in equines. The third part consists in a case report, the diagnostic and imagiological accompaniment, by use of magnetic resonance imaging, of a subchondral bone cyst in the distal phalanx of an adult equine.
