A ascensão hegemónica da China de Xi Jinping na procura do reequilíbrio mundial no século XXI

Abstract

O crescimento de poder dentro da estrutura do sistema internacional de estados evidencia uma reestruturação e um movimento de reordenamento e reequilíbrio de poder no cenário global. A China contemporânea apresenta uma política internacional abrangente, que atravessa dimensões económicas, políticas e sociais, delineando esse processo de reordenamento e reequilíbrio. Esta investigação visa analisar o comportamento chinês no Sistema Internacional, buscando responder à seguinte questão: De que forma a atuação da China no cenário internacional pode refletir numa nova ordem mundial, com base na análise da sua política externa e dos seus efeitos na conjuntura do Sistema Internacional? No primeiro capítulo, serão apresentadas as teorias que sustentam a pesquisa. O segundo capítulo abordará a revisão bibliográfica e histórica sobre o objeto de estudo. No terceiro capítulo, serão analisadas as relações do objeto com outros atores do Sistema Internacional, identificando as principais dinâmicas. O quarto capítulo examinará os fenómenos gerados pelas interações da China com outros estados. O método utilizado será bibliográfico e documental. A partir dos resultados obtidos, foi observado que o tipo de hegemonia benevolente da China sugere práticas sociopolíticas e económicas específicas; - Xi Jinping China’s hegemonic rise in pursuit of global rebalancing in the 21st century Abstract: The growth of power within the structure of the international system of states evidences a restructuring and movement of reordering and balancing power in the global scenario. Contemporary China presents a comprehensive international policy that traverses economic, political, and social dimensions, delineating this process of reordering and balancing. This research aims to analyze Chinese behavior within the International System, seeking to answer the following question: How can China's actions in the international arena reflect a new world order, based on an analysis of its foreign policy and its effects on the current context of the International System? In the first chapter, the theories supporting the research will be presented. The second chapter will address the bibliographic and historical review of the object of study. The third chapter will analyze the relationships of the object with other actors in the International System, identifying the main dynamics. The fourth chapter will examine the phenomena generated by China's interactions with other states. The method employed will be bibliographic and documentary. From the results obtained, it was observed that the type of benevolent hegemony suggested specific socio-political and economic practices.
